Leading gospel musicians, Mr. Yinka Ayefele and Joe Praize were among guest artists who performed at the 2015 gospel concert hosted by Liberation City Church. The event which was held in Lagos last Friday, presented an opportunity for attendees to pray for the success of Nigeria’s new government.
Titled: One Night with The King, the event was the second edition of the gathering which was heralded by a media chat by the General Overseer of the church, Dr. Chris Okafor. Okafor specifically noted that Nigeria will reclaim its greatness among nations, adding that the current government should be supported to succeed.
He further urged the nation to be optimistic in the fight against Boko Haram insurgency, noting that it would eventually become a thing of the past.
His Words: ”One Night with the King is not just another program, God personally spoke to me about it and people are still testifying about last year’s edition. If an encounter with the president of Nigeria or America could be life changing how much more an encounter with the king of kings who created these people?”
Accordingly, the gathering which turned out as life changing, attracted a mammoth crowd from various parts of Nigeria to the Tafawa Balewa Sqaure, TBS where the grace of God was experienced in abundance.
