Jubilation as Ambode pays workers salaries from 21st.

Lagos—In  fulfilment of his electoral promise to public servants in the state, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State paid their salaries on June 21.
This in no small measure has boosted the moral  of the Civil servants in the state.
Mrs Anjola Folasade of the Ministry of Finance and Mrs Bose Fash of the ministry of Education spoke glowingly of the development.
Others like Alhaji Tijani and Mr Bamidele Badmus were full of appreciation to the  governor for not only keeping his campaign promises but in addition have separated the Leave bonus from the monthly salary thereby bringing back the good old days.
They expressed their confidence that this portends better days for the Civil servants under the new administration.
The government secretariat, Alausa was agog with the shout of: ‘’ I don get alert,” a popular lyrics from civil servants who were all in joyful mood.
They were full of praise for the administration of  Ambode and promised their unflinching support towards the realization of his lofty vision for Lagos State.
