Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti State needs to be cautioned to stop playing to the gallery and face the work of governance which he swore to do to the best of his ability.
The governor should be reminded the amount of fraud which ran into billions during his first coming.
Most of the records are still with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission unresolved. We remembered the number of roads he claimed to have constructed, that bulldozer never passed on such roads, how about the millions of naira he spent on poultry he claimed to have kept that never had a single bird?
Fayose has now become a saint accusing his predecessor of reckless spending on Government Lodge.
Let us ask Fayose when did he become an official of the Department of Petroleum Resources that is sealing up illegal petrol filling stations? I hope something is not wrong somewhere.
