Pasuma gives daughter new car.

Fuji whiz-man, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, pampered his first daughter, Wasilat, on Sunday. Thinking of no better way to tickle the babe that was celebrating her 21st birthday, Paso, as he is fondly called, gave her a new car. With that, Wasilat, an undergraduate of Lead University, Ibadan, has become the proud owner of an Hyundai Elantra.

Wasilat is a 300-level Mass Communication student at the private institution.

In the Nigerian entertainment kingdom, Pasuma is one of the successful artistes with a peculiar marital history. Although he has not officially tied the knot with any woman, he is said to have up to four love children. While he is keen on taking good care of them, there was a rumour not long a go that another of such love kids have not found favour in his heart.

In terms of education, the musician that started life as a street chap in volatile Mushin area of Lagos has steadily upgraded himself along the line. He proved this some years back when he ENROLLED for a programme at the Lagos State University, Ojo.

Interestingly, Pasuma and another daughter of his, Damola, were in the news last May when she opened a Twitter account for him. Then some folk gossiped about this, wanting to probably ask why the orobo fuji king could not carry out the task himself.

Pasuma did not attach much importance to the question as he regarded Damola’s gesture to a kind of ounje omo – fruit of parentage.

He is quoted to have said, “Is it a crime for my daughter to open a Twitter account for me? She introduced me to it and I am enjoying it.”
