President Jonathan and his family started a massive
estate project in his hometown of Otuoke in Bayelsa state back in 2012. The over 150 hectares land has been completely developed into an estate under full military guard.

This is where Jonathan and his wife will retire to after leaving Aso Rock.
The First Lady also has a 1000 room hotel in Bayelsa.
