Iran outraged by terrorist attack against a mosque in Nigeria.

Foreign Ministry spokesperson on Sunday condemned suicide attack against a mosque in city of Maiduguri, capital of north-eastern state of Borno in Nigeria, killing or maiming the worshippers.

Marzieh Afkham expressed sympathy with families of the victims, the government and people of Nigeria.

She expressed deep concern about violence, extremism and terrorism, calling for international campaign against such inhuman phenomenon.

Explosion of a bomb inside a mosque in the city of Maiduguri on Saturday afternoon killed at least 10 people and injured several others.
